WHO I AM

At Jo Hounsome Photography everything is controlled, shot, edited and maintained by me, Jo Hounsome, working from a desk at home and a small studio! 

I can assure you that I take your data privacy seriously.  My business is in PHOTOGRAPHY and not in the selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, I’ve provided detailed information on when and why I collect your personal information, how I use it, and how I keep it secure. 

TYPES OF DATA I COLLECT

The types of data I collect are limited to name, email address, telephone number and delivery / pick up address.  This information is held securely on my home computer, laptop and mobile devices, all of which are password protected.

ENQUIRIES

When you email me to enquire about a job your name, email and any personal data will be held for up to 1 year on email to assist with any follow up enquiries.  After 1 year these emails are deleted. 

CLIENTS

Once I have completed a job for you these details will be added to my contacts and held on the above devices.

WEDDINGS

When you book me for a wedding I will record the above information, wedding details and associated necessary information such as the venue, dates, relatives and friends.  This information is kept for 1 year along with the final edited photographs and contract.  All of this is deleted or destroyed after this time.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold at any time. Just email me at jo@johounsomephotography.co.uk

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

I will review this privacy notice annually.
